Katalin is the Founder and Managing Director of Flow Leadership, a leadership development consulting firm providing leadership programs and coaching to challenge the way you think about leadership, empowering you to initiate positive change within yourself and your organisation.

Katalin is a leadership development specialist with four degrees in Psychology and over 25 years’ experience working in tertiary and executive education. Katalin wrote the book Flow Leadership and has created the Flow Leadership School online portal to bring her programs to a wider audience, to help emerging, established and executive leaders realise their full leadership potential.

Katalin regularly speaks on a wide range of leadership topics and tailors presentations to specific conference themes or areas of concern. Katalin particularly enjoys speaking in her greatest areas of interest and expertise in optimal leadership (Flow), gender equity and women’s leadership, and effective communication.
